Configure an Azure Website for an Environment

Settings:

  • App Name: fl-integration
  • Subscription: "Pay As You Go"
  • Resource Group: FlIntegration

  • App Service Plan:

    • Name: FlIntegration
    • Locaiton: Central US
    • Pricing Tier: S1 Standard //You can easily increase this later so start cheap.

Repeat above for each environment

  • Environments:
    • Integration
    • Subscription: "Pay As You Go"
    • Resource Group: FlIntegration
    • DB Name: fl-central-integration
    • App Service Plan:
      • Name: FlIntegration
      • Locaiton: Central US
      • Pricing Tier: S1 Standard
    • Sites:
      • team-integration.fieldlevel.com
      • App Name: fl-team-integration
      • athelete-integration.fieldlevel.com
      • App Name: fl-athelete-integration
      • www-integration.fieldlevel.com
      • App Name: fl-www-integration
      • dugout-integration.fieldlevel.com
      • App Name: fl-dugout-integration
    • Production
    • Subscription: "Pay As You Go"
    • Resource Group: FlProduction
    • DB Name: fl-central-production
    • App Service Plan:
      • Name: FlProduction
      • Locaiton: Central US

Setup Azure SQL Server Database for an Environment

@Location: Azure New Portal

  • Click "+ Add"
  • Choose "Data & Storage"
  • Choose "SQL Database"
  • Set DB Name for Env.
  • Choose Appropriate resource groups & names.

Enable Application Logging

Enable website logging to table storage
